All-out War Against Illegal Drugs
Saying that drugs kill more people than the combined forces of terrorism and SARS, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has called on all Filipinos, especially the youth, to launch a new People Power against the drug menace in the country.
In line with this, Philippine Postal Corporation is overprinting two (2) of the Presidential Seal Definitive stamps with the slogan "No to Drugs" to publicize this government priority program against the spread of illegal drugs.
