Issued in celebration of Valentine's Day.  According to church legend,  St. Valentine was a priest near Rome in about the year 270 AD.  During that time, Roman Emperor Claudius II issued a decree forbidding marriage.  St. Valentine saw the trauma of young lovers, so he met them in a secret place and joined them in the sacrament of holy matrimony.  When Emperor Claudius learned about it, St. Valentine was arrested and prosecuted.

Valentine's Day is a holiday celebrated every February 14.  It is the traditional day on which loved ones express their love for each other by sending Valentine's card, flowers, chocolates, and other expression of love.  Although mostly associated with lovers, it now includes everybody you love - parents, brothers and sisters, friends, teachers, etc....
