No official FDC cancel was issued, thus, ordinary Manila postmarking was used

 


 

Note:  The 2012 Paintings of Young Filipino Artists issue was officially released in the Philippines on December 14, 2012 although sheets in presentation folders were distributed by the PMG to foreign dignitaries during her trip to Qatar in October 2012 and to Tokyo in November 2012.  This is the first time Philippines stamps were printed in China.  Also, the first one printed by digital process.  The official First Day Cover envelopes were printed locally by still an un-named printer.  Contrary to reports, no official FDC canceller was issued.
